Terms of Service
- By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Legal Disclaimer.
- Your use of this site (including the online Case Review Form) does not create an attorney-client relationship. Therefore, any information that you submit by email or by using the Case Review Form may not be considered confidential or subject to the attorney-client privilege. An attorney-client relationship between you and any attorney(s) or law firm(s) who are associated with the Mesothelioma Attorney Alliance (hereafter referred to as “MLA”) may only be created after
- You have direct contact with one of the MLA law firms;
- The MLA law firm sends you a legal services contract;
- You sign and return the legal services contract; and
- The legal services contract is signed by an attorney at the MLA law firm and returned to you.
- Each state has a Statute of Limitations that sets a time limit to file your lawsuit. These Statutes of Limitation vary from state to state, and will be one of the determining factors in whether you can file a lawsuit. Because you will be unable to recover any money if the Statute of Limitations expires before you file a lawsuit, we urge you to contact us and/or another attorney as soon as possible. Please understand that using our Case Review Form or otherwise contacting the MLA does not prevent the Statute of Limitations from expiring on your case. In order for the MLA to represent you, we will need to be contacted by you in time to fully evaluate your case and file any necessary lawsuit before the expiration of the Statute of Limitations.
